WHAT INFORMATION CAN YOU EXPECT TO FIND IN A CREDIT REPORT?
Experian is the largest Credit reference agency in the UK – They compile information about your financial history and past payment behaviour and use this data to create your credit report which will be unique to you.

Interested parties will use this information when they decide whether or not to offer you a mobile phone a loan, mortgage or credit card. It is used in their assessment of the likelihood or ability to repay them.
Information comes from two main sources; Public records, such as County Court Judgment’s, individual voluntary arrangements or IVA’s and Bankruptcies. Your credit report will also show whether you are have been registered on the "voter’s role" – lenders use this as a precaution against fraud, to check that you are who you say you are and that you live where you claim to live.
Information from lenders and financial institutions, such as records of the number of loans or other financial agreement’s you have and whether or not you have ever been late with a repayment or missed one completely.
